Designing and maintaining system architecture models for health platform and biometric hardware, connecting clinician tools, patient applications, and backend services into an integrated medical ecosystem while improving traceability from 100+ stakeholder-defined requirements to verification planning.
- Modeled clinical application data flows and decomposed internal architecture, interfaces, and data relationships in CATIA Magic using SysML v2/UML by analyzing 70+ YAML and Python files in a GitHub-hosted microservices codebase.
- Validated Git-based embedded firmware bring-up and debugged PCBA hardware/software issues using Embedded C, Python, IAR Embedded Workbench, JTAG probes, USB serial interfaces, clinical software, Keysight instrumentation, oscilloscopes, and bench power supplies.
- Traced processor datasheets, electrical schematics, and memory maps to document hardware/software interfaces and support system integration and debugging.
- Integrated AI-assisted workflows into MBSE tasks to improve verification efficiency while applying FDA design controls and CAPA-driven quality practices to align architecture, safety, cybersecurity, and patient data handling with regulatory requirements.
- Developed synchronization workflows across Confluence, GitLab CI/CD, and Polarion to automate model updates and collaborate cross-functionally with software and electrical R&D teams using Lucid (C4) and Jira to align requirements with system design.
